Nitale Creations offers a range of original creative products including greeting cards, personalised cards, boxed card collections, art prints, books and digital printable products.

Every effort is made to represent products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products due to differences in monitors, printers, paper and printing processes.

Personalised Products

Please check all names, greetings and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

Personalised products are created specifically using the information supplied with your order. Nitale Creations cannot accept responsibility for spelling or other errors contained in information supplied by the customer.

If an error is made by Nitale Creations when creating your personalised product, please contact me so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Digital Products

Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item will be posted unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software and equipment to open and print PDF files.

Colours and print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper and print settings.

Personal Use & Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, stories, designs and digital products remain the intellectual property of Nitale Creations and/or Nita Lesley unless otherwise stated.

Digital products are provided for personal use only. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared electronically, reproduced for commercial purposes or incorporated into products for resale without prior written permission.

Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork or design to the purchaser.

Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms such as Payhip and Amazon. Purchases made through those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Delivery

Delivery times for physical products are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal or courier services.

Please ensure that the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
